SUPERFLU

In a nod to the ancient Greek (κύμα) — the wave — SUPERFLU unfolds as a monumental choreography of fluidum. The once-pliant textile, now petrified in concrete, becomes a hyperbaroque terrain of swirling folds and cresting contours. Its amorphous, organic expanse defies the static: a visceral cascade of white, shimmering echoes of mythic seas and sculptural drapery. This intervention deliberately contrasts with the smooth interiors of Paris, an exuberant rupture that reintroduces raw tactility into the urban realm.

In parallel, these convoluted forms serve as acoustic architecture: the layered fabric and porous materials beneath the concrete diffuse and dampen sound, subduing the club’s internal reverberations while isolating its pulse from the city outside.

Union of mythic wave, baroque monumentality, and acoustic science, Superflu stands as both an artful disruption and a necessary indulgence.
